The Recent Updates feed gives you a live, chronological view of changes happening across your CRM — so you always know what’s been updated, when, and by whom.

In a busy CRM environment, keeping track of what’s changed across accounts, activities, and other records can be difficult. Recent Updates brings that activity together into a single, readable timeline, giving you visibility across your data without having to check individual records.

Each entry in the feed shows the type of change, the record that was updated, when it happened, the relevant category or team tag, and the user who made the change.

Filtered to what matters

Use the filter control to narrow the feed to specific record types, users, or teams, so you can focus on the updates that are relevant to you rather than scrolling through everything.

Status at a glance

Activity entries include a status indicator — such as In Progress — so you can see the current state of a record without opening it.

A full audit trail

Recent Updates is not just useful day-to-day. It also gives managers and administrators a clear view of CRM activity across the team, supporting accountability and data quality oversight.

Recent Updates Visibility

Display of the recent updates panel can be toggled on and off using the button to the left of the edit button in the Account screen. This setting is unique per user and will be remembered from session to session.
