Email replies in Connect
If you have included a ‘Reply-To’ address in your email, the replies are stored directly within Connect to prevent your inbox getting spammed.
To see replies to your mail shots, select ‘Mail Shots’ from the main menu, and head to ‘Replies’:
Filtering replies
Once you have accessed your ‘Replies’ list, you can use the following filtering options to search for responses:
- Search based on the recipient, or subject line
- Known: Select whether you want to see all replies, or just responses from email addresses stored in your Gold-Vision contact or lead records
- Forwarded: See replies that have previously been forwarded to you
- Include Out of Office Replies: Choose whether or not you want to see ‘Out of Office’ replies
Viewing Replies
You can either view the email reply in your web browser by slicking on the hyperlinked email subject line, or forward the email to your inbox using the ‘Forward to’ hyperlink:

Can you still forward replies?

To help prevent spam relaying, phishing scams, and ransomware attacks, we made an important change in April 2025: the automatic forwarding of email replies to a specified address via Connect has been disabled. This decision was made to reduce the risk of exploitation by malicious actors and to ensure the continued safety of your data and communications.
