Connect reporting

The Reporting tab on a Connect mail shot shows graphical information regarding the tracking data as well as detailed information regarding click-thrus, read dates and times.

This data syncs up with Gold-Vision automatically, allowing you to use it to create Follow-up stages in Gold-Vision campaigns based on the data gathered.

Follow-up Stage Activity

A follow-up stage could involve the creation of an activity for each recipient. This activity would then have the recipient’s account manager set as the Activity Owner and a due date applied to the activity for a follow-up call. From these activities the sales team may create either Opportunities, Appointments or Event bookings to track ROI from the initial email.
