CRM Updates & Enhancements

Addition of Engagement Heat to Lead & Contact Sales Events lists

Engagement Heat is now a column option within the Lead and Contact Sales Events List. This allows users to see how a specific link interaction or email action with mailshots sent from Gold-Vision Marketing and Connect were scored.

For example, if a link is given a 2-up score in Gold-Vision Marketing, this will now reflect against the event record in Gold-Vision.

Lead & Contact Sales Events now available in the List Designer

  • Users can now update the formatting and layout of the Lead & Contact Sales Events lists in the List Designer.

CRM Bug Fixes

Unlinked or deleting time entries still showing against remaining time available

  • When users deleted a time entry that was linked to a quote, the amount of time against the Activity widget and record did not change. This caused the remaining amount of time available against an Activity was lower than is actually the case.
  • This has now been fixed to ensure the correct amount of time is removed from tracking when a user deletes a time entry.

Drop down fields in email templates for alerting displaying the ID instead of the value

  • When a drop down field was used in an alerting email template, the ID was being displayed instead of the value.
  • This has been resolved to display the value as should.

The jobs list in the Action Centre now has pagination to improve system performance

  • Only a small list of Jobs in the Action Centre were visible to users.
  • Pagination has now been introduced to ensure better loading times and visibility of Jobs that have been created within the past 30 days.

Lead & Contact Sales Events list titles too long

  • Event Types within the Lead & Contact Sales Events lists were too long to be displayed clearly on a dashboard widget.
  • The Event Type titles have now been reduced to ensure they’re fully visible on dashboard widgets.
