NEW Document Storage Section

We’ve made it easier to find and manage your documents in Gold-Vision. A new and updated document storage area now lets you search files by name or by tag, and you can tag documents as you upload them (or add tags later) to keep everything organised and easy to retrieve. It’s faster too, with speed improvements built in throughout.

Bug fixes

Contacts & activities

• Deleted contacts no longer appear on the All and Dormant contact lists. Dormant contacts still do.
• Opening an activity, including from its short code, opens the right activity screen instead of the wrong one.
• Inline edit on the attendee list reloads the row correctly.

Record & portal screens

• The Gold-Vision Portal section and the Engagement section each load the correct screen again.
• You can edit the company name on the homepage banner, and leaving edit mode works.
• Uploading a file in a gallery section works again.

Charts & dashboards

• Multi-select fields are displayed in a widget per option, not as one combined value.
• Clicking through a dashboard table widget opens the matching list.

Data, quotes & imports

• Filters on drop-down and lookup additional fields match the value you chose, and those fields can be sorted.
• The Value total on the Quotes list is only the quotes for that opportunity.
• A lead-list CSV import can map First Name and Account Name.

Campaigns & marketing

• Automated campaign runs that look at earlier stage results are faster.
• Start automated run is hidden on stages that are not automated.
• Updating marketing data for a record is faster.

Calendar

• After you open an appointment from the calendar, you return to the same calendar view.

• “Separated” is spelled correctly on the Get an Account page.
