New Gold-Vision CRM features
Drag Email to Correspondence
- To replace the existing Outlook Plugin tool, we have now made it possible for users to drag and drop emails from inboxes straight into any Correspondence area in Gold-Vision.
- This tool works for desktop apps, inboxes accessed via browsers, and is compatible with Macs.
Copying Opportunities
- Users can now copy Opportunities, with the option to assign the copy to the original Account or an entirely different one.
- Users have the option to include all associated Quotes in the copy, or leave them out.
Custom Screen Section
- In Screen Designer you can Add a Custom Text Section, which allows you to add custom blocks of read-only text. Useful to provide instructions or reminders of a process.
CRM Updates & Enhancements
Users
- You can now prevent a user from showing as an Account Manager in the Account Manager picker list using an option on the user record in Settings.
Sales Target Reports
- Sales displayed in a target chart now display in the date the sale occurred even if the week of the sale is split over two years.
Picker Lists
- Picker lists now extend over the boundary of the screen section.
Gold-Vision Marketing Updates
Auto Save added to the email Design
- When designing emails the changes are automatically saved
Marketing Data Sources
- To make it easier to create Activity Data Sources there are now separate options for each type of activity. You can now select Account, Contact, Opportunity and Project activities.
