Add/exclude recipients to a stage
To add a source to a campaign stage, use the Sources drag and drop section at the bottom of the Campaign Stage Overview page. Select from the list of all sources on the left, or search if you know the name of the source you want, you can also filter by My to see just your sources, and click and drag into the Included column.
Imagine you are sending out a newsletter campaign email to all of your customers, but you know that a certain customer has requested that their finance team no longer receives them.
You have already created an exclusion source list
containing every contact from that company that is in their finance team.
Simply search in the Sources
drag and drop section at the bottom of the Campaign Stage Overview
page for your exclusion source and drag them over to the Excluded
