Changing The Name Of An Item
Item names can be changed in Gold-Vision for instance your organisation may refer to “Accounts” as “Companies”. This can be amended in the Screen Designer area.
Once you have selected the item that you would like to amend, using the Actions button, select Rename.
Amend the name of your item and provide details as to how the item is addressed in singular and plural cases.

Tip: It can be useful to amend item names to reflect your business to assist with user engagement. Gold-Vision can be tailored to reflect your business language and processes.
