Gold-Vision fully integrated Project Management module offers a central platform where users can manage the complexities of a project combined with Account, Contact and Sales information that already exists in your CRM into simpler to manage section.

Projects can be managed between their start and end date with Activities representing each milestone, which have a delegated Owner, the contact that is responsible for the task, and Due Date, the date that the task needs to be completed by.

Each Project and its corresponding Activities can be managed through different predefined Stages, Documents, Appointments, Correspondence (Emails and Notes), Photo Gallery, Links and Time.

To facilitate the management of a Project, automated workflows can also be designed for Projects using Alerts, based on predefined Project Types, Stages and corresponding Activities.
