On Save Alert

The alert will execute when the user clicks Save on the item, either when the item has been created or updated.

Alert

Go to Setting click on Configure Alerts, choose On-Save Alert then choose the item you would like to alert to run against. Always include a create or update condition

Condition

Add Condition 

Choose one or multiple conditions. These conditions will be evaluated and if all conditions are met the actions will run.

When a drop-down option is selectedWhen a specific drop down is selected against the item you are setting up the alert for
Choose which drop down field then choose the drop down value or values


When a checkbox is ticked
When a specific check box is either ticked or un-ticked against the item you are setting up the alert for
Choose the tick box field then choose the value
Action Add Parent Condition    Always include a create or update condition    

Tip

Tip: Reminder alerts can be set up to show a renewal date is imminent.
