Document alerting

You now have the ability to create alerting based off document production. To create an alert, this is in the same format that you would create other alerts. You need to be a system admin to create an alert. Head to the settings cog in the top right hand corner of the screen and select configure alerts. Here you will notice a new section of alerting called ‘Document alert’. 

 

To set-up an alert to trigger based off document production, select ‘document alert’ and ‘Select Account’. Next you will need to add a condition which will be ‘when this template is selected’ which will create a document. 

You also have the ability to see when documents have been generated by the alerting configured from the settings area in the top right hand corner of the screen. Then search for ‘Document production’. You will need to be a System Administrator to view this within your Gold-Vision. 

Tip

Tip: If the alert is not firing check to make sure it is has been activated.
