Financial Entities

entities financial opportunities quotes sales

Financial Entities are a solution that enable Gold-Vision to process data sets relating to multiple financial packages, i.e. Sage and Exchequer. Financial Entities can be accessed in the Settings area. To create a new Financial Entity use the New Icon.

Info

When creating a new Financial Entity, the External ID is a unique 3rd party code for integrations.

Tip

Tip: Financial Entities can be set against Products, Currencies and Price Lists, Accounts, Opportunities and Quotes.
