In this topic we will show you how to qualify an opportunity and streamline the sales qualification process.
The fields on the screen are fully configurable and can be designed around your qualification process.
The Opportunity stage enables team members to view the stage of each opportunity. If we open the Opportunities list, you can apply a Status filter to quickly view the opportunities at each stage. If we open an Opportunity, and click ‘edit’, we can change the stage from Preliminary to Qualified.
Here you will see a Qualification tab. Users can complete the fields to check the opportunity fits the qualification criteria.
The red fields are mandatory, and your administrator can streamline the process by designing screens with Multi-Select fields, Drop options and Toggle boxes.
In addition to adding tabs or sections your administrator can also set Alerts to automatically create Activities or emails when a status is updated.
