Create Event Sessions
Create Event SessionsSessions can be added to Events, for example a training day with workshops/speakers, from the New Icon menu shown below. A Session can help to track who is attending each session and the available spaces. Create as many sessions as needed and update the details required for each session.
Enter the information relevant for your Session. The Number of Places is mandatory against a Session. This is used to track places available. You may want to add the “Details” section to your Event – this can be useful for capture details as to contents of each session or an agenda.
Click to Save your Session and create any other Sessions required against your Event. To View Sessions against the Event you may choose either a Widget or a list as shown below.
Please ask your Gold-Vision Administrator to add any of the above fields if they are not visible using the Screen Design area in Settings.
