Creating Appointments

Appointments can be created against Accounts, Contacts, Activities, Opportunities and Projects in Gold-Vision

The structure of an appointment includes Time; such as when the appointment starts or when it is due, Duration, Appointment Summary, Appointment Owner and the Location.

To create a new appointment simply click on the New Menu and Appointment, fill in the details in the fields which are marked as Mandatory, and press Save.

Viewing Appointments

To view more details of an appointment, click on the appointment summary in the Appointment list. Here you can view and Edit details. Also view the Correspondence section to see any notes and further information sent out here.

Appointments can also be synchronised with Gmail and Outlook.
