Saturday 7th March 2026 – 03:00 to 07:00 – SSO system maintenance will be taking place. This should not affect anything, however access to authenticate with SSO during this time should be considered ‘at risk’.

Our systems will be unavailable due to patching during the following windows:

– Every Sunday, 00:00-04:00 GMT

– Every 3rd Saturday, 20:00-23:59 GMT

– Last Sunday of the month, 06:00-12:00 GMT

Issue reported by SendGrid (Gold-Vision Connect’s email sending engine) regarding the blocking of Outlook Consumer Domains

Message issued by SendGrid: Starting around 3:00 am PST on January 14, our engineers began investigating an issue with emails sent to Microsoft Outlook Consumer domains. Some customers may experience an increase in email block rates to Microsoft Outlook Consumer domains which include Hotmail and Outlook domains. Our Engineers are working with Microsoft. We will provide another update in two hours or as soon as more information becomes available.
