In response to recent issues with system performance, we have carried out a set of system adjustments overnight.
We continue to monitor the situation.
02/07/2026:
We are currently experiencing performance issues caused by an unprecedented surge in API usage. To stabilise the platform, we have temporarily taken the API offline for a subset of customers.
Our team is actively working to resolve the issue. We expect service to be restored shortly, and we will be introducing additional rate limiting to prevent this from recurring and to ensure consistent performance for all customers.
We apologise for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience. Further updates will be posted here as the situation develops.
Planned Outages for Essential Maintenance:
Emergency Maintenance works – Monday 15th June 2026 from 18:00 to 23:00. No outage expected, but expected performance degredation.
Our systems will be unavailable due to patching during the following windows:
– Every Sunday, 00:00-08:30 GMT
– Every 3rd Saturday of the month, 20:00-23:59 GMT
– Every 4th Saturday of the month, 06:00-12:00 GMT
