Users can search in the whole system using Keywords
Type into the Search Everything field in Gold-Vision
Narrow the Search
Clicking Filter Item Types will allow you to narrow the search.
The colours represent the item type to help you identify the records you are looking for.
The results will be colour coded too.
Add Gold-Vision fields to Search Everything
In the Settings area under Screen design for each Gold-Vision record users can choose to include the record’s Summary field in Search everything.
You need to be an Admin to complete this task.
Go to Settings > Screen Designer > Select the Summary field > Configure > Advance > tick Global Search Settings
